The murderers of Altantunya Shaaribu to be HANGED!

Justice has been served and may she now rest in peace.

Well, everything is well in Bolehland... they can now go out and tell the world that the judiciary has discharge their duties judiciously and that everything is okay. Justice has been served on the pepetrators. They will be HANGED! So scream the headlines....

So, Malaysians, go back to your routine and stop screaming about who the murderer is... these two flers have been found guilty by our honourable judiciary. We must believe that these judges after deliberation of the evidences put forth by the learned prosecutors have made the right decision. After all, we do not want our country to be perceived to be unfair to foreigners blasted to bits in our country. The murderer/s must be caught and charged with the highest penalty. That they have done their part. Fantastic.

The "lover" was exonerated of the charge of abetting the murder. The someone who instructed these two flers to do it also walked free and I wonder who... coz if you look at it... these two flers do not know Altantunya yet blew her up to bits while they cannot conclude if the lover is involved nor investigate the matter if "someone" actually gave the order. It does not really matter really as from the word Go, the prosecution has been trying real hard to conceal evidence.

So, these two loyal personnel will take the fall for it. Everything is back to normal folks. Stop griping about the case anymore. The courts have made the decision.

Wonder how will the international community take to this decision... but it doesn't matter. This is sovereign Malaysia.. everyone else can butt the hell out of our matters. Its none of their bloody business.

This cannot.. that cannot...

Dark times... gets darker.. indeed.

BN started their campaign for the two bukits and one batang by-election long before nomination day.. yet, when PR wanted to hold ceramahs in those locations, they (BN) used their might in the form of police and FRU to force the ceramahs to come to a premature end. Then they went about to ban Harakah and Suara Keadilan... then they say, cannot talk about Altantunya.. cannot talk about the Sultan...

I guess next they would say, you cannot talk about Rosmah. I am sure you all know which one I am talking about...Crucify me if I make a wrong assumption.. 15 candidates for Bukit Selambau! Wow! BN must be "rejuvenated" by the 60bil "stimulus package" in that they could finance so many candidates to throw a spanner in PR's efforts in Bukit Selambau. Not to be a wet blanket to PR, I sense Najib is out to show you guys who is BOSS... he wants Malaysia to know that HE is the BOSS. They have to win at least 2 of the by-election.. AT ALL COST.

Why? Simply that two of the 3 by-elections are held by opposition.. winning one of them would be a moral booster to his impending PMship of the nation. Now, imagine what he would say.... "The country has accepted him as PM", "The people has rejected Pakatan", "BN is the choice government.", "I have the endorsement of the people!"

Nevermind that he loses... they have already put up excuses in that "This is not a referendum" But watch it if they win 2 out of 3... BNs tune WILL change!

Now back to the topic.. really... why has our country become a country full of taboos... this cannot.. that cannot... if you make a list of things that one cannot do or say in Malaysia.. I can bet you if will be quite a loooooooooong list.. don't you agree? Non-Muslims CANNOT use the word "Allah". We CANNOT discuss "sensitive" religious issues.. we CANNOT discuss racial issues but BN can mouth racist statements.. its okay.. but sorry.. others cannot la... we CANNOT hold candlelight vigils against draconian laws as ISA.. we CANNOT now talk about Altantunya and the Sultan... please refresh my mind on what else we can or cannot do.

Of course, if we are with BN there is no such thing as cannot.. because it is in their terms.. BOLEHLAND.. hence everything also CAN! Can dish out instant noodles contract while saying they wont... Can say Anwar play backside.. while saying they will not play dirty... Can say Nizar is puppet to racist DAP but ask others to shut up and not fan racial sentiments...

With all the odds stack against Pakatan.. I shudder to think that they can even win 1 of the by-election... Najib and co must have set out with the agenda to win at all cost.. and I call upon the people of Bukit Selambau to stand steadfast behind Pakatan.. no doubt they have selected a candidate not of your choice but heck... there are so many la... pick this also wrong.. pick that also wrong.. they have to choose one and we must stand united behind the candidate. Honestly.. I do not know him. But if I am a voter in Bukit Selambau, I will vote for Manikumar!

To the people of Bukit Gantang.. I love the rest area, I love the durians and fruits on sale at the rest area. Above all, I call upon all freedom lovers and people of Bukit Gantang to send Nizar to Parliament. It will send a message to BN that racial politics played by BN is obsolete. We are Malaysians... Kita Rakyat Malaysia... if we want to progress as a nation, we MUST stop bickering about the colour of our skin.. the global market will not give you 30% because you are a crony-Bumi company..

To the people of Batang Ai.. remember this. You have given BN and Taib Mahmud sooooo many years... and what do you get for all those years of blind support? Your land taken from you.. the riches of your land being plundered to fill the pockets of the very few.. and of course those in BN share the spoils.. otherwise Taib would not be sitting comfy in Sarawak that long. Wake up! Wake up! My fellow Malaysians... for once lets all Malaysians say BOLEH! We can make a difference.. we can CHANGE for the better.. we CAN... we BOLEH!

Dismay?

Well, its been sometime since I last posted something on my blog but, work and other issues took up most of my time, but I hope I will be back for good! I mean writing and yacking here... :).

Happy am definitely not... not with the situation in the country... the news of Abdullah's flip flop was definitely consistent of him and talking about flip flop... he has "promised" "I WILL COMPLETE MY MISSION"statement where he says he will fulfill his promises on reforms... I was like.. heck, he has 5 years to deliver and he has failed.. now he want to do that in 5 months? That is after even his de-facto Law Minister Zaid Ibrahim quits on him? Another flip flop??? BETCHA!

If there is more to be dismayed, was news like Najib being hailed as The Man to do the job of reforming Umno, BN and The Man to take the coalition to newer heights... well, to me he could well be THE MAN to take them all to newer lows... Here, we have a man, who has C4 hanging all over his head... and the man, whose dad so famously did a "coup" on then PM, Tunku Abdul Rahman... now here is the man who is about to do the same to the current PM.

Now, if that is not bad enough, we also have news that the man with two Mohammed to his name, a man that cannot understand english and who tried to smuggle millions out of Australia has been nominated for No. 2? Does anyone for one moment think that Umno is ever capable of reforming itself? Do they even realize that reforms is not mere rhetorics and words? While, we have Umno trying hard to potray that by having a new captain is a miracle cure? True, Malaysians treat panadol as the cure all pill but do they know that panadol over a long period is detrimental for health? They have been taking panadol since Dr. M's days!

While Umno was busy posturing and "renewing themselves", we have Donald "The Duck" of MCA singing a tune of a progression.. somewhere in The Star today when he said he will go for MCA No2!.... A man who just months ago, compared Malaysia to Myanmar and Pakistan is speaking of reforms in MCA! Bravo! He is indeed going to benchmark regressive reforms to Myanmar and Pakistan! I do hope MCA will realize that Donald Lim is indeed the man to take MCA to newer LOWS!

Anyway, I have been away for sometime and I think it will take sometime for me to collect my thoughts and write about it.. there are alot more to write... just in my friend message me on this!
Prosecution in RPK's trial admitted to "doctoring!" and here. And, would you believe it, reading today's newspaper, a so called prosecution investigating officer noted that the explosive used was NOT C4! But it is somekind of plastic explosive! And he did not know how the explosive was placed on the woman's body... I mean, you are the bloody investigating officer.. and if you do not know what other plastic explosives are there and what explosive is being used.. then the heck, you are a STUPID investigating officer... and how can he conclude the investigation when he is clue-less as to how the murder was carried out? Stupid don't you think?

Am I dismayed? You tell me...

DNA Samples Anyone (The Sequel) II

One may wonder why The Sequel got II some more... here is I and The Sequel.

Well, after all that DNA Bill issue, I really wondered what were the problems with it and I found the answer in Malaysiakini.

DNA Bill: Why the fuss?

Under the proposed Section 7, the home minister is empowered to appoint a senior police officer to head the Forensic DNA Databank.

Meanwhile, Selayang MP Willam Leong said under Section 10, the home minister is empowered to give "directions" to the head of the DNA Databank.
"This section offends the principle because the minister is given the power to interfere with the exercise of the powers of the head of DNA databank," said Leong.

Section 25 states that no action or prosecution can be brought in any court against the minister or any DNA Databank personnel in respect of "any act, neglect, default or omission done by him in good faith".

Section 13, which deals with the collection of non-intimate samples such as scalp hair, buccal swabs and saliva, "a police officer may use all means necessary for the purpose of taking of a non-intimate sample".

Another controversial clause states that "any information from the DNA Databank shall be admissible as conclusive proof" of DNA identification in any court proceedings.

When these facts are before anyone for that matter... it really looks like REAL BAD LAW to me. In fact I would see this as a prelude to a case whereby, ANYONE who seem to threaten the position of the government or some big wigs in government, they could be conveniently slapped with sodomy.

Why? DNA Databank is helmed by someone "appointed" by the Home Minister and their data can be conclusive evidence... mind you.. even if they SCREW UP big time, you cannot sue them. Bottom line is.... the Home Minister is KING... so if you do not wish to be charged with sodomy.. you better be buddy buddy with the Home Minister.

By the way he is the Consultant General for any would be "sodomy victims" He is available for consultation at his home.... even if you are a DROPOUT (its a policy of no discrimination).... a scholarship for you could be incentive enough for you to be a "sodomy victim".

The Day After...

After the euphoria of victory, I am sure it will be the talk of the nation for another couple of days. But reality actually sunk in right after the victory that the nation is still pretty much in the grip of BN when the EC ruled that the post victory press conference cannot be held in the counting hall as was done in the past. To top it off, Anwar's personal bodyguards were too overzealous in protecting their subject. Well, maybe they were paid to do a job and they are trying to keep up with it. HERE.

However, the group of about 100 local and foreign journalists later found themselves in an embarrassing situation when the EC officials asked - and even escorted them - to leave the hall.

PKR media coordinator Ginie Lim's attempts to make arrangement with the EC for a press conference to be held in the hall also failed.

The EC officials insisted that no press conference should be held there although the hall was the only suitable area for the media session to be held at the counting centre.

In the past, such as during the 2004 and 2008 general elections, all such post-victory press conferences were held in counting halls.

Never mind that, UMNO's Information Chief.. yeah.. the one that cannot read English gave his piece here.

He immediately dished out a host of excuses why they lost, amongst which, blah blah blah.. underdogs.. blah blah blah.. choice of candidate was contested.. blah.. blah.. upcoming Assembly... blah blah.. Anwar contested at hometown.. blah.. blah.. while as expected Najib claim the morality of democracy being still alive... duh.. what else is new?

Funnily, the other BN component parties were utterly.... SILENT on the whole matter. It was more of UMNO v PKR or rather Najib v Anwar and Najib lost big time.

BN should know by now that, sodomy does not work.. no amount of swearing by Saiful on any book will work... and if they ever harbour hopes of winning any by-election make sure they do not send in the monkey that wants to bury the opposition. Sure too, they should send in their phantoms earlier and not to send them on UMNO registered busses.

Now for EC to do the right thing and for the Speaker of Dewan to ensure that Anwar gets to be sworn in at the earliest date possible. Any further "delays" is not recommended.

A good reason to celebrate Merdeka? This is it folks!!! Not optimistic... but HOPEFUL.

Another bus was earlier stopped by the PKR ghosbuster team at Tanah Liat, Penanti, with 40 passengers. the bus has been taken to the Tanah Liat Balai Polis.

PKR workers have detained two busloads of phantom voters at Mengkuang Titi. Many police reports about fraud and vote-rigging have been made. Voter turn-out has exceeded 60% but still far short of expectations. UMNO, however, reports a 70% voter turn-out.

26th......

26th is a very nostalgic date for me and my family. It was my late mum's birthdate.. My wife and I got married on 27th Dec... and I was in hospital with her on 26th Dec the following year awaiting my first born that decided to pop out on our wedding anniversary. 26th July is the date my road tax expire.... and today, 26th August is the date Malaysians hope will be the start of a new era, regardless if they are voting in P44 Permatang Pauh.

Looking back, this by-election is not about Arif v Anwar. I would like to think that Arif and Anwar has been real gentlemen in this battle. Both has refrained from personal attacks on each other... but to me its a Najib v Anwar battle all the way.. the amount of shit dunked on each other will make the sewage tank look like clean room. My question here is, will Najib be "screwed" literally if he loses this by election by a bigger majority? Will his hold on UMNO loosen if he "fail to perform" this time round? Is this also Mr. Sleepy Head's tactic of keeping his seat come 2010? Najib will still need to endure many pitfalls till then even if he comes out of this intact. Maybe Sleepy Head is not sleeping after all.... hmmm...

But P44 has the chance to put their sick politics to the backwaters of Malaysian history once and for all. What would happen tomorrow when Anwar takes his oath as an MP in Parliament? hmmmm.....

Day of Reckoning

24 hours to polling. Never mind its just a by-election of Permatang Pauh, but pundits are calling it mother of all by-election! Who can fault them? Its the biggest seen todate. Biggest probably in terms of lies told... money splashed... dirt splashed on the candidates....

While prior to nomination to date, BN has been actively questioning Anwar's credibility in the sodomy issue when they play up the swear by Quran act by Saiful who alleged that Anwar sodomized his butt. The only medical report leaked thus far did not indicate that his butt was severed. Nevermind that, he went ahead to swear by the Holy Book. To many lay man, that is a non-issue. Come on, its between you and God for that matter. But let the truth prevail. Lets have all the facts before an independent and honest court. But NO. BN went on overdrive to hype the whole matter... While it was "fashionable" to make SD (Statutory Declaration) then, Saiful made it a trend in swearing... so much so that Najib also got caught up in the hype that he went the distance to swear that he did not know Altantunya. After all that is done and dusted and hyped like there is no tomorrow, PR pulled out a rabbit from the hat.

The Uztaz, Ramlang Porigi who witnessed the oath came out to say his piece HERE.
Making his debut at the Bandar Perda Mosque and then two ceramahs at Kg Belah Dua and Padang Ibu last night, imam Ramlang Porigi (photo) stunned everyone when he revealed that he "had been instructed" to witness Saiful's swearing show. "My task was only to hear the oath and I had no part in the drafting of the oath which Saiful made. It is also unimportant for me so specify who." "I also wish to deny that I received any money to witness the swearing. I was only acting on instructions," said Ramlang in a hastily arranged press conference by PKR at 12.30am this morning. Also facing the media for the first time after the incident at the Federal Territory Mosque, Ramlang said that Saiful made two mistakes that day. "During the swearing, Saiful mis-pronounced one of the Islamic words because he had it written down in Malay instead of Arabic. Ramlang also revealed a Freudian slip by Saiful. "Saiful also made a mistake on when Anwar Ibrahim had allegedly inserted his penis into his rectum. "Instead of June 26, Saiful said he was sodomised on Aug 26 before correcting himself," said Ramlang at PKR headquarters, Yayasan Aman in Permatang Pauh.


First bombshell would have been taht he was "INSTRUCTED" to witness the Saifool Show which contained the second bombshell or rather Saifool's blooper... He forgot the date that the other penis went into his butt hole. I would note the wrong choice of Arabic word by Saifool was down to the fact that he is "not conversant" in Arab.... small matter really... but the biggest blooper was... Come on! Hence, people of Permatang Pauh, after 10 days of lies, dirt and more lies... its time for you to choose. Choose wisely... choose the MAN who could take the country out of its current situation. Choose a MAN that can make Malaysia great again. Choose the MAN that tells lesser lies. Give him a bigger mandate than that in the past! Give this man YOUR VOTE!

A Day of Commotion...

While I was busy earning my keep, some jokers were so busy making news that makes mockery of the whole system. First we have the Fool, that swore by the Quran that he was "forcibly" sodomized... then to a hoard of questions he said he will answer them in court.

Firstly, he was sodomized against his consent?

O'rly??? Then why is Anwar charged with voluntarily committing carnal sex? Did the Police then serve a boo boo? Or you were "too weak" to "resist"?

Secondly, I really wonder why all the charade was timed to perfection? Anwar charged the day after he announced he will contest in Permatang Pauh by election. Now, the "swear by Quran" thinggy done on the day of nomination. I would like to speculate that despite the PM's piece on no adjustment on fuel price until 1st Sept will be flopped on 25th August 2008? Just to win some votes?

Eh? More to come? You BET!

Anwar Charged...

Anwar was charged with having committed sodomy on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan under section 377B of the Penal Code on June 26 between 3.01pm and 4.30pm at Unit 11-5-1 Desa Damansara Condo in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Secion 377B of Penal Code states, "Whoever voluntarily commits carnal intercourse against the order of nature shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twenty years, and shall also be liable to whipping."

Anwar was right in asking... why don't they charge Saiful as well? Did they not find it "consensual"? Did they then consider Anwar raped him and bruise his butt?

Another SD?

Well, luckily its not STD... but the epidemic of coming up with an SD is fast becoming a fad here in Malaysia. The latest one takes another twist in the Anwar sodomy saga.

Zorro has already prophesy that the country will branded a PARIAH State by world community (HERE) ahead of the court case at Jalan Duta this morning where Anwar Ibrahim is due to be charged. And the DROPOUT is thankful that Anwar will be charged... after all the traffic crawl he had caused us to sit in..

If Anwar is charged today and denied bail, I am sure the nation would be further enraged. Why can an alleged murderer who blew someone up walks free while an alleged sodomizer be sent to jail? If Anwar is allowed bail then I guess things will not be so bad and it will cast the government in the fairer light? Would it? I would think so. So, I would suppose that upon charge, Anwar will at long last get to see a copy of the police report made by Saiful?

In a damning press statement by Anwar yesterday ahead of his charge today, he alleged that Abdullah and the police are hell bent on having him sent to jail for sodomy while there are columns of people in the AG chambers who are dead set against it. Will the truth come out? As Malaysians I sure pray it will, for the good of the country.

Anwar pleaded not guilty and no bail was required nor was he asked to surrender his passport. Judge Komathy allowed Anwar to be released on a RM20k personal bond as opposed to the prosecution's request that a RM20k bail and impounding Anwar's passport.

Well, aint that bad isnt it? Do we need to endure all the roadblocks?

Anwar Arrested!

For the record it takes 15 police vehicles to accomplish the exercise! Either they fear he will pull out a Hollywood escape stunt or they are worried for his life.... If dua dua pun bukan, then?? 15 patrol cars!! He must be the most wanted CRIMINAL in the country. Heck.. didn't I just see him on TV yesterday? Yet he was soooo prophetic when he said, "I am not even PM. I dont even know what will happen to me tomorrow!" haha....

Anwar arrested outside his house

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim was arrested by the police just outside his home in Bukit Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, at 12.55pm today. MCPX The de facto PKR leader was on his way back to his house after being questioned by the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA). A team of police officers were waiting, according to lawyer R Sivarasa. Anwar was driven away in a 4WD vehicle with tinted windows, escorted by a convoy of 15 patrol cars. They arrived at Kuala Lumpur police headquarters at 1.11pm. It is believed that members of a special team from the serious crime division - sporting balaclavas and leather jackets - were also involved in the operation. At 1.40pm, about 200 supporters and opposition parliamentarians were assembled outside the building. Among them is DAP leader Karpal Singh. Anwar was to have met the police by 2pm to be questioned over the complaint of sodomy against him by a former aide. According to media reports today, a warrant of arrest had already been obtained, to be used in the event of a no-show. Anwar's wife and PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail confirmed the arrest. She told reporters in parliament that she had received a call from Anwar and that he had complained of rough treatment by the arresting officers. “I received a call from my husband that the police picked him up just before he reached the house," she said. "I didn't have time to ask whether there was a warrant… He's on the way - this is my guess - to the Kuala Lumpur police headquarters, where he was supposed to report at 2pm." Anwar also told her to return to their home first in order to calm their children and come to the police headquarters later. "I'm apprehensive because my husband – it's been 10 years down the road. He is not well, he has a bad back for which he has (undergone) surgery," she added. "From the brief conversation, he said that they (the police) were not gentle." It is learnt that Anwar is to be charged under Section 377CA of the Penal Code, which reads: 'Any person who has sexual connection with another person by the introduction of any object into the vagina or anus of the other person shall be punished with imprisonment or a term which may extend to 20 years and shall also be liable to whipping.'

Eh... I thought he had a deadline of 2pm today? Why the hurry? If you already have intention to arrest him why even call him in for statement la? Arrest also got deadline one ah? But why breach the agreement? Before 2pm?

I am no Muslim nor a religious expert. So, the sight of Rafidah swearing by the Quran sometime ago really amuses me... and now this? Asking Anwar to swear by the Quran? Saiful taking it a step further by issuing the challenge on his friendster page?

Not pointing who is less religious, I can bet you one thing.... a person who fear not the religion would not bat an eyelid to swear by any book you pass to him not even the book of faith he professes in. Eh?

Suddenly there is a chorus asking all and sundry to swear by the Quran... does it help? Really....

I dont know. What I know is, there is no smoke if there is no fire. Fire however can be self inflicted.. so Sodomy, Bala, Altantunya murder, Rosmah, Najib, RPK, Anwar and Saiful... are you gonna leave a cliffhanger or wut? Funny though, you realize the names like Abdullah and Khairy are not on the "In the News" list at the moment? Could this be the master stroke by Mr. Sleepyhead to make all the aspirants or contenders to his seat having a go at each other's throat so that he could consolidate power?

Or is it that, Anwar sees Abdullah as expired goods hence is not the primary target and that his ambitious No. 2 together with his wife pose a far greater threat to his aspiration to be PM? Or is KJ at last stealthily moving in the shadows to set these two on warpath so as to safeguard his dream of becoming PM after the next GE?

This one does not even need a season end cliffhanger... its a cliffhanger at the end of every episode!

US Snitch... yet to sue?

After all the focus on Najib and Rosmah's unwillingness to sue RPK over his allegations of her presence at the scene of crime, I would also like to ask if Anwar for all intent has instituted legal proceedings against Syed Hamid for calling him a snitch?

He voiced out to a certain extent, but sadly he only extended a challenge to the Govt to prove that he is a snitch.

Anwar Ibrahim has challenged the government to either prove that he was an American ‘snitch’ or publicly apologise for the slanderous accusation.

Anwar called on Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar, the man who first made the accusation, to produce ‘proof’ in an open court.

“I am prepared to be dragged to court to answer the charges. If it cannot be proven, then the government and the minister should make a public apology for the disparaging statement,” he told some 30,000 people at the rally.

Why cant he be the one to drag Syed Hamid to court for libel and defamation? Why must he be prepared to be dragged to court? In order for Anwar to gain full trust of public he MUST initiate moves to prove his own credibility.

He has done a lot to discredit the government and to his credit they have not dared to drag him to court. That mean a lot to the court of public opinion. Indeed he is winning it there... but for him to totally win them over, there are few things he could do:

1. Sue Syed Hamid for calling him a snitch.
2. Prove once and for all the link between Najib and Altantunya. Stop playing trailers and teasers. Put up the right stuff.
3. Make the frogs hop NOW. Why wait till Sept 16? No doubt it is a symbollic date but..... we want to get on with our lives. Having some certainty helps...
4. Put on paper your plans. We have yet to see the economic blueprint you have for the country. Do not just point out the faults of the government. Tell us what you will do instead.

Police Investigate both SDs?

Righteous. Can I conclude that? Can they be impartial and fair to ivnestigate both SDs? Since they are suspiciously behind the reversal of the initial SD?

(Bernama) -- Police will investigate both statutory declarations made by P. Balasubramaniam even though the private investigator had retracted the earlier statutory declaration dated July 1.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar said the police would still be carrying out their investigations as there might be hidden motives involved.

"We will investigate both. The one (he distributed) yesterday and the retractions he made today," he said when contacted.

Speaking through lawyer M. Arulampalam, Balasubramaniam told a news conference today that the statements contained in his previous statutory declaration were inaccurate and not the truth.

"I wish to retract the entire contents of my statutory declaration dated July 1, 2008. I was compelled to affirm the said statutory declaration under duress," he said in the new statutory declaration dated Friday.

Yesterday, Balasubramaniam, a witness in the Altantuya Shaariibuu murder trial, distributed a statutory declaration dated July 1, containing statements about Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's alleged involvement with the Mongolian woman.

Najib denied the allegations and described them as malicious lies aimed at tarnishing his image.

Ismail said police would still investigate into the July 1 statutory declaration notwithstanding the retraction today.

"There might be intentions to create diversion... so we should carry out a thorough investigation," he said.

First and foremost, can the police confirm what happened to Bala when he went to Brickfields station right after the July 3 press conference? If and indeed the police were the ones that coerce him to change his stand, what credibility does the police have to investigate these SDs?

My view is it doesnt add up. When the July 1 SD was released on July 3, he seemed jovial and answered many questions posed to him although DSAI robbed him off the spotlight, which I believe is not what he craved for anyway. He looked smart in shirt and hair well combed. The SD took many many hours to compile. He has spent hours with his lawyer and had his SD stamped at a Commissioner who co-incidentally came from Slim River where Bala came from.

Fast forward a few hours later.... he appeared flustered... tired and dejected and he handed out his now infamous July 4 SD which retracted every word he has said in the July 1 SD. He refused to answer questions and walked away. His new lawyer said that he is under duress. While his second SD stated that his FIRST SD was made under duress.

Who or what do we trust? His looks and body language defying his signed SD? Or his signed documents?

Since he was last seen entering the police station, we can assume that since then till the time he appeared at Prince Hotel, he was then made to come up with the second SD, or rather it was already there just for him to sign! Imagine an SD that took days and hours to write up... he now comes up with one in a matter of hours to deny every word that he has uttered in the first! How is that for efficiency!

Since there are two conflicting SDs now to come out from one person, I for one found the first one very sensational and too clear to believe it to be totally true. After July 4 SD, it has made me believed the first to have more essence of truth than I thought it should contain... enough truth to cause some "powers that be" to ensure the changes to mitigate the damage and discredit the very person who could cause it... no.. not Anwar but Balasubramaniam, the PI. With Bala compromised and possibly neutralized, Anwar is now left alone... unless he has more compelling evidence to prove that Najib did in fact know Altantunya? The rumoured picture? CCTV footages? Anwar would have been world's greatest PI if he were to have in his posession real compelling evidence of the greatest cover up in Malaysia.... to date.

SHOW HAND!

In a poker game of high stakes..... Anwar calls, RPK's SD..... UMNO mulls the options... up the stakes.... Saiful's allegations of sodomy by Anwar.....

Anwar takes a hard look at the table.... pushes half his chips to the middle... Up the stakes even further.... Bala's SD....

UMNO saw the bluff... immediately UPPED the stakes ... counter SD by Bala....

Will this poker game go on and on?? Will Anwar up the stake further??? Not much time left... could it be time to SHOW HAND?? Is this UMNO's ALL IN? will there be more to come??

Is Bala's about turn another gem by Anwar to prove that indeed there are forces that tries to suppress information from going through? Or is this Anwar's waterloo??? If Anwar does not chicken out... its time to put all the cards on the table and the stakes..... winner takes all... the problem is I am not sure if we are even at the "FLOP" yet.... let alone thinking that the "RIVER" has been dealt.

Or could it that Bala's retraction part of the plan? It is a no brainer to let Bala return to police station without lawyer's escort. Was that done on purpose? So that "coercion" can take its course? Najib has not said anything since last night... so is he happy now that his "ITS A LIE" rhetoric is now vindicated? Or is he more confused at the retraction?

Whatever it is, the stakes are now so high... it concerns the lives of people... I hope PKR and DSAI in particular will take heed that people's lives take precedence over political show... put forth all your evidence and help the frogs to make up their minds. If they jump, you form the government, if they dont, then you wait your time and allow BN to run the show until the next opportunity comes along AND... we allow the due process of investigation and judiciary to take its course.

Now what??? Somebody force Bala to make the SD? Now he is making another one??? Who force who? Who is telling a lie? Bala lost his credibility? As the plot thickens... we poor mofos just sit and wait for Armageddon... is this the 3rd SD that was being talked about by Rockybru? Discrediting Subra or he discredit himself? Private detective P Balasubramaniam today retracted his stunning statutory declaration which had linked Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to murdered Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.

The said declaration also had claims that Najib had a sexual relationship with Altantuya and that he was the one who had introduced Altantuya to Abdul Razak Baginda.

Balasubramaniam said that he was forced to make the declaration under duress. At a press conference in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur this morning, he produced a new statutory declaration. Missing from the new statutory declaration were references of Najib having a sexual relationship with Altantuya nor of Najib being the person who allegedly introduced Abdul Razak to the Mongolian woman.

Also with the PI this morning was his new lawyer. His other lawyer, Americk Sidhu, who was with him yesterday was unaware of the latest development. The press conference is still underway.

I mean... what power does DSAI have la to put Bala under duress? His butthole was laid bare for Anwar ah? He ditched his lawyer for a new one? under 24 hours?

A visibly perturbed Balasubramaniam remained mum on Friday when met by pressmen who had rushed to a hotel here where his new lawyer Arulampalam Mariam Pillai accompanied him for the brief press conference. Arulampalam also refused to entertain pressmen, giving only a brief statement that his client was under duress and that he was upset.

He certainly seem upset and under duress today..... but was he so yesterday?

Datuk Seri Najib Razak denied that he had anything to do with the sodomy allegations against Parti Keadilan Rakyat de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Najib said a picture of Anwar's former aide with his (Najib's) official Khairil Annas Jusoh at the deputy prime minister's office, which was featured in numerous blogs, was taken three months ago when the aide went to his office to seek a government scholarship.

He said the aide was a student leader and had met with his officer on the matter.

"I am not involved at all in this case. I am not behind it. The most important thing is, did the act take place? That is for the police to investigate," he said at a press conference at the parliament lobby today.

This Saiful for his low CGPA sure has excellent soft skills in PR to build such close rapport with just ONE meeting... and for his special officer to still remember him after ONE meeting... Saiful must have left a BIG IMPRESSION for him to remember Saiful. After all, he must have met thousands of people since then... as espoused by all the Ministers who "could not remember" Saiful. Impression big enough to enable him to meet you Mr. DPM at your home at night! But the BIG impression is only to your special officer and not to the rest of the ministers..... hmmmm?

Season of SDs

There is a new epidemic that is spreading fast in this country.... First it was VD (Venereal Disease) ... many many years later.... came SD.. (Statutory Declaration). It was purportedly deadly in sending a nation into a frenzy and caused huge denial to the receipient of the SD.

The popularity of SD was started by RPK (Raja Petra) now in the famous Mongolian beauty murder where he implicated the wife of current DPM to be at the scene of murder... It caused an uproar!

Before it simmered down, Razak Baginda's PI, Mr. Subra through Anwar's PKR lodged another SD implicating DPM to be in the know of the beauty and divulge much more information as to the DPM's sexual preference.... the nation is now in a frenzy....

Next, will Saiful lodge another SD? Apparently the virus has caught up with some other people who loves ze butt.... with the exception of RPK... this time to turn the screws on the implicated sodomizer? This SD many expect to be the mother of all SDs and would pale Subra's SD to be child's play?

Was having a chat with my usual breakfast buddy and we reminisced about the past... a TV program called Fantasy Island, where we have Tattoo, the midget played by Herve Villachaize, shouting "the plane" "The PLANE!" when he noticed the impending arrival of the guests to the island where their dreams are turned into reality....

In Malaysia, we now have DPM, Najib shouting, "ITS A LIE!" "ITS A LIE!" when he sees Anwar walking towards him clutching a stack of papers........ ??????
