From Mat Cemerlang to ....

Police have said it. HERE

Mat Rempit are no longer Mat Cemerlang... instead they have a less glamourous name to go by... Samseng Jalanan... or road thugs.

How fast things have turned around... is it a good thing?

Well until I see these "road thugs" being cleared off the roads on weekend nights, I will still think that all the police do is cakap only.. and the best they can do is hide at one blind spot and catch motorist who committed a very very minor traffic offence... easy ma... no need to chase.. just step out and STOP!

While I still see these "road thugs" still rule the road with impunity.... while Police cars drive idly by.. I am yet convinced that the cops are hell bent on eradicating this menace. In fact, they are more prone to arrest opposition politicians holding candlelight vigil than to go chasing after thugs. Easier ma.. no need to chase... oops.. am I repeating myself? Well, the signs are ominous.. look at their belly!

Dei.. Police.. Nothing better to do?

A couple of days back, we read of news in Penang that the police are now checking for pirated CD's or DVDs in vehicles at their roadblocks...

I was like.. eh.. no better thing to do ah? People getting mugged.. house being broken into... snatch theft on the rise, rapists are lording the streets and even their own are using C4 to blow people up. I was pretty disgusted really when I read the news... but today, they got better!

POLICE CAN KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR AND CHECK FOR PIRATED DISCS!

No joke! No need warrant! They knock, they barge in, find more than 3 DVDs and they fucking fine you and take you to jail!

Well, Malaysians.. do you want to unite and tell these flers to FUCK OFF? If they are really intent on making this their rice bowl, might as well, we, 99.99% of Malaysians surrender ourselves to the good folks of PDRM... as we all would have in our posession a few dozens of pirated DVDs and CDs. Only the good folks of PDRM will buy all original discs based on their honest day's work paycheck.

If the police were to arrest any Malaysian for this crime, I ask if any other fellow Malaysian will stand up and offer themselves to be JAILED as we too have sinned. We bought a DVD because the price of an original DVD is sooooo FUCKING expensive that I cannot afford to get the originals!

Just because they cannot curb the seller.. they come after the buyer... and knowing the police that have no balls to face the felons are picking on docile Malaysians like you and me now.

PENANG (April 14, 2009) : If you think it is harmless to keep a few copies of pirated discs at home, be warned. The police can knock on you door anytime, China Press reported today.

Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Wira Ayub Yaakob (pix) told the daily police are discussing with copyrights holders and relevant units on steps to be taken to crack down on music and film piracy

He said police can launch a crackdown anytime.

Ayub said police have been carrying out raids on sellers of pirated discs but are unable to stem out the scourge.

He pointed out that where there is demand there will be supply regardless of the number of raids.

This is giving police a headache, he said, adding that the only way to solve the problem is to deal with the consumers (to stop them from buying pirated discs).

Read the news and get really pissed... I am.. are you? For me, if you carry out your tasks of ensuring that the streets are SAFE and Malaysians feel SAFE, then you can work on putting other things in place... when you can't even get your fucking act together... don't come and give us this piece of CRAP!

Justice Has Been Served

The murderers of Altantunya Shaaribu to be HANGED!

Justice has been served and may she now rest in peace.

Well, everything is well in Bolehland... they can now go out and tell the world that the judiciary has discharge their duties judiciously and that everything is okay. Justice has been served on the pepetrators. They will be HANGED! So scream the headlines....

So, Malaysians, go back to your routine and stop screaming about who the murderer is... these two flers have been found guilty by our honourable judiciary. We must believe that these judges after deliberation of the evidences put forth by the learned prosecutors have made the right decision. After all, we do not want our country to be perceived to be unfair to foreigners blasted to bits in our country. The murderer/s must be caught and charged with the highest penalty. That they have done their part. Fantastic.

The "lover" was exonerated of the charge of abetting the murder. The someone who instructed these two flers to do it also walked free and I wonder who... coz if you look at it... these two flers do not know Altantunya yet blew her up to bits while they cannot conclude if the lover is involved nor investigate the matter if "someone" actually gave the order. It does not really matter really as from the word Go, the prosecution has been trying real hard to conceal evidence.

So, these two loyal personnel will take the fall for it. Everything is back to normal folks. Stop griping about the case anymore. The courts have made the decision.

Wonder how will the international community take to this decision... but it doesn't matter. This is sovereign Malaysia.. everyone else can butt the hell out of our matters. Its none of their bloody business.

We have gotten ourselves... a SAINT!

Upon being sworn in as a PM, he (Najib that is) announced that 13 ISA detainees which include 2 Hindraf leaders to be released... lifted the ban on Harakah and Suara Keadilan as well as announcing that ISA will be reviewed!

"I would like to announce that the government has decided with immediate effect to remove the temporary ban on two news publications, release 13 detainees from ISA detention, and conduct a comprehensive review of the Internal Security Act," he said in his first act after taking office today.

"These decisions are timely as we move to enhance the confidence of our citizens in those entrusted with maintaining peace, law and order," he said.

In one swift sentence, he turn SAINT.

So now... who is the bad guy?

Abdullah of course... he was the mofo that sent the Hindraf flers to ISA... he was the one who instructed Hamit botak to ban the two publications...

Think a bit before we jump into the bandwagon and said Najib is the PM... he is my MAN! ONE MALAYSIA.. wow! Its a new concept and we should embrace it wholeheartedly now.. UMNO is no longer the racist party they were, they are now all encompassing, compassionate and understanding of the whole Malaysian psyche!

Wait... Abdullah knows he is stepping down... he knows that even if he released those Hindraf boys, it won't win him anything.. so, my take is this, Najib needs Abdullah to be the fall guy.. to do all the bad things just before he leaves office, so that when he take over it will look good on him when he undo the tasteless acts done by his predecessor...

But has anything changed? My answer my friends is a vehement NO!

Since March 08, Abdullah is a lame duck PM and with him at the helm for the last one year has been through Najib's grace. Najib has been calling the shots... Hamit Botak is just a pak turut.. so is Abdullah. Whatever being asked to do.. they did it like what all good dogs do... OBEY. So now that Najib has taken power, he smell like rose but trust me, a bunga tahi ayam will never be a rose.. it will forever be bunga tahi ayam.

Sure, it will hoodwink alot of voters in the 3 by-elections.. and it has gotten tougher for PR to deny BN a clean sweep at the by-elections. BN surely is now holding the upper hand as everyone would be so pleased with Najib for saying all the right things.

But before I go, please consider what Param Cumaraswamy noted... I concur with him wholeheartedly.

Param Cumaraswamy, constitutional lawyer/ former UN special rapporteur

Najib's statement calling for the release of the 13 ISA detainees is similar to what Dr Mahathir Mohamad did when he came to power.

He released 22 when he took his oath of office in 1982. In 1987, he used ISA to detain 106 (under Operasi Lalang).

Lets forget what others say and just dwell on this statement for sometime.... Who is behind Najib's ascension? Who has been calling for AAB to step down and let Najib take over.. and who will go down to the grounds to campaign for BN? Eerie similarities? or merely co-incidental?

All these are taken from Malaysiakini.com. HERE.

Najib and his flips and flops...

One can equate Abdullah to be the HP6 PM and the man of flip flop... the crooked bridge and dissolution of Parliament for the 12th GE tops my mind.. well you guys are free to further enlighten me on their flip flops...

But we SHOULD also equate Najib to be the biggest of flip flops eh?

1. I do not know Saiful!

I guess he flopped big time on that especially after he admitted being Saiful's trauma counsellor.

2. Sale of IJN!! Wow!

Oh well... for people's sake we won't sell... did he flop?

3. Labu LCCT...

Build? On? Off? Flop again??

4. Malaysian economy will not be hit by the global economic turmoil! Wow! Said with such bravado....

Today he flopped.. we will have to revise our 3% GDP growth.. I must say, we have known or have been harping on the economic turmoil affecting the livelihoods of Malaysians long before this bufoon realizes it.. or maybe he was too busy being a sodomy counsellor and spending millions of the "STIM"ulus package to consolidate his power base in Kuala Terenganu and Perak. Fortunately for him, Perak's raid proven to be fruitful but in the process had the whole Exco suspended... gee... so? MB and Exco got barred from State Assembly.. how lar? Proclaim the current assembly unlawful? Start a new one? ScUMNO is pretty good at that I must admit! Wanna bet that scUMNO will do just that? They have a kangaroo court that will rule everything in their favour... they can faithfully call on Zaki and Mr. Paul to do their bidding for them...

Maybe.. the only thing that he has yet to flop is his "explosive relationship" with one Mongolian beauty... that I think, is a MUST NOT FLOP CASE at all cost... hmmm....

What Double Standards?

According to the police... NO ILLEGAL GATHERINGS.. NO CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL... NO DEMONSTRATION... or so they say...

Demonstration against the Zionist... HERE.

Whether Israel's current clobbering of Palestinians and Hamas is right or wrong, I do not think I would like to get myself sucked into a never ending discussion. It will be a whole lot easier if these two bickering group take their war to the moon. I think, the world then would be a much more peaceful place to live in.

Now, 5000 started their march from Tabung Haji building.... towards US Embassy... no FRU? no water chemical laced water cannon? no senseless clobbering of demonstrators?? Key word I found in the article

This group was largely made up by Umno Youth members from the Titiwangsa division.

Then the article shows the picture of burning of flag.. which is symbolic of anger... its okay to burn Israel, US flag... but not Umno or BN... I now hope that the police come out with guidelines as to what we can demonstrate against illegally and what we can't.

Then we have the freaking old hag of an ex-PM calling upon Malaysians to BOYCOTT! yeah.. BOYCOTT US made products as these buggers are said to be supporting the Zionist cause... GOOD! BOYCOTT! But why stop at McDonalds, Coca Cola and Starbucks? Think further.. what else is American? Intel, AMD, IBM, HP... boycott also Astro Channels.. most of them are American anyway... do not use.. Google, Yahoo, MSN.. gosh.. throw away your computers as it is using Microsoft OS and programs and please delete your profile on Facebook!

Why stop at McD? Poor old uncle Ronald... and why not KFC? A&W? Ownership of the brands? I just wish that the old man would just ease into his retirement gracefully .. has he not forgotten that he paid a Jew to be photographed with his arch enemy, President George Bush Jr? A man with an elephant's memory does have selective memory loss at times...

Okay, I have completed my rantings... I think I shall go out later and get a coke from a 7-11, then I may adjourn to Starbucks for a frappuchino and surf the net on my Acer (isay.. Taiwanese brand) which uses an Intel core-duo processor operating Windows Vista and using my trusty wireless logitech mouse... then for dinner, I might just pop into McD for a Prosperity Burger with Coke! While having dinner, I might call up my wife (who works in an American Bank) with my Nokia (yeah.. its Finnish) running on Symbian OS... After all, CNY is around the corner.... and I shall not patronize any mamak stall that does not sell my favourite beverage! Made in Malaysia's COCA COLA!

What a week!

Well, its only been about a week since I was gone from the blogging world yet... so much has happened.. and although I was away from rambling about the world and Malaysia in particular, I was never far away from a copy of newspaper or my tiny device that I use to read news... sometimes I feel that am getting old, the fonts seem "blur"... haha..

Now with some breathing space in between now and Christmas, am feeling Christmasy but sadly the events lately shows that we are far from it. Top of my mind was... guys, remember the guy? Nick Leeson? The famous one man that brought down Barings Bank with his rogue trades? What we have heard these few days probably made Leeson's folly to be a kids stuff... Bernard Madoff. I mean, how can one man command USD50billion worth of funds? Maybe his resume is impressive, but while it is understandable that gullible Malaysians will fall prey to "get rich quick" schemes, it is unthinkable for international banks to fall for the same or rather more impressive scheme helmed by the ex-boss of Nasdaq? If the financial market has not suffered enough, one man himself commanding the funds more than enough to save US automotive industry! And considering the fact that Washington is debating for weeks on a USD30+billion rescue package, we then hear of one man squandering USD50billion.

Then while all that has been happening, outgoing President Dodge Bush... dodged a pair of size 10. I bet my bottom dollar that Bush was the star dodge ball player in his days!

Closer to home, we have the MACC and JAC bills that has caused much concern to Malaysians. While I think the MACC was a commendable effort, the JAC reeks of about the same shit in different pail. The executive still holds power in appointments over the judiciary? I rest my case. Many people have talked about it and it sounds stale, so I let the others talk about it while I try bitching about other matters... let me put on my thinking cap to see what else I can bitch on and return later... for now, I just need a break, its been a rollercoaster week and my body is screaming out for a break!!!

Landslides and Tragedies... whose fault is it anyway?

My heart goes out to families whose members perished in the landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa.. anguished by the thoughts of people losing people they loved... also to those whose lives were taken by the terrorists in Mumbai and closer to home some unwarranted deaths on the roads like the one in Tangkak that claimed so many lives.

I just wonder what has the government done to avert all these disasters. Much as I was busy and too busy to write, my heart tells me that I need to write something on all these. News over the past few days really akin to rubbing salt onto the wound. While we see needless deaths due to negligent drivers and ill maintained express busses, we have the authorities telling us that the fourth passenger in the car need not buckle up. And their freaking excuse was only 5%-6% of vehicles carry the 4th passenger. They need not be issued a ticket either.

Try reading between the lines.... the laws should have been black or white... either you break the law or you did not. Right? Now, if the 4th passenger would not be issued a summon, then he/she is not breaking the law.. right? Then why must 3 flers at the back buckle up and the 4th be exempted? Now, do we have the statistics that say that rear passengers who do not buckle up had caused more deaths than the motor cyclists that carry an entire family on their two wheelers? Or deaths to motorcyclists without crash helmets? Are there any statistics to show that vehicles that zipped past traffic lights after it has longed turned red caused more deaths? Or could it be that cyclist or motor cyclist nipping in a one way traffic or riding against the flow of traffic causing more accidents on pedestrians than rear seat passenger do to the two in front? I was at best flabbergasted by the news that came out. It seems that the authorities just wanted to make some money from retrofitting some cars with rear seat belts at best in coming up with such a ruling.

Imagine you are driving... two kids in the rear seat. I think all the more these two would be "brazenly" breaking the rule. Now would the police expect:

1. The driver to be focussed on the road or
2. To be busy looking back reminding their kids to buckle up and be less focussed on the road?

Which is more important?

That aside really, coz I thought it was a big issue.. but not after I read our PM and DPM's oh so holy statement that all hillside developments be STOPPED. I was like wow... "should this not have stopped since Highland Tower tragedy? Isn't this too little too late?" Then... there was this piece of news today which compelled me to write. HERE.

Looting by the authorities and refusal to help buried victims.... and of course the police deny it. No one will know for sure... but if its coming from the victims who were there first hand... who would you believe? I would believe the authorities naturally if they had in the past held the high moral ground and proved themselves blameless and honorable but am afraid, the scars of their past does not allow me to believe them... and with statements coming from CPO Khalid, I am all the more suspicious after his statement on the detention of the candlelight vigil in PJ.

Indeed there are many things to write about... just too busy to do all that at the moment. At the top of my mind too was the Jerit folks who were arrested in Johor and their machines "torched" by arsonists... co-incidence? Arsonists working hand in hand with the police? And I am suppose to believe and trust the police? Gimme a break!

Polis Raja.....ahhhh?

Polis Diraja Malaysia ka.. Polis Raja di Malaysia?

Sure, the fracas at the field in front of Amcorp Mall tells the story....

Looks like they have not learnt... and never will learn that the people they are dealing with are also peace loving Malaysians. Let alone that the excuse you gave was they did not apply for permit... but the question here is did they get unruly?

I am sure someone there has evidence that the police came in while they were singing Negaraku... I thought nobody is suppose to move while the national anthem is being played? If there are evidences showing the police bearing down on the crowd during Negaraku, this must be shown! Otherwise, I will take it that the police has given respect to the national anthem. But, did the situation warrant them to drag and wallop the crowd? Err... according to this news report that there is indeed a video showing that the police bore down on the crowd while Negaraku is being played.. but in the CPO's own words.. "I AM DENYING IT" Show the video! Prove that the CPO is a LIAR!

PROVEN... CPO KHALID ABU BAKAR IS A LIAR!!!!!!

What more, the FRU has got no respect whatsoever for the national anthem! Watch it for yourself, HERE and HERE.

When I see these sort of showing of force by the police, I really wonder why there are still people blowing up ATM machines... robbers, rapists and murderers walk free when they are sooooo powderful? On top of that, them shifting out their beat from Chow Kit.....

On a separate note.. BOTAK now getting a bit smart.. he claimed he knew nothing of the antics of the Police last night... Eh? He also claimed that he did not sign the papers to arrest RPK under ISA the last time eh? So... he lied?

What are Police for?

A few days back, Botak made another blunder.... laughable?

Yeah.. he talked about the closure of the police beat at Chow Kit was due to fear of criminals and contagious diseases.... As usual, his stupidity earned him loads of "attention".

I forgot where I read the news before but as usual back then I was too busy to write about it and I forgot all about it until today. Malaysiakini carried the news that he has come out to "explain" that he had made a mistake!

A MISTAKE???? Heck! Botak! Seriously if you made a mistake saying what you said, you truly do not deserve to be in the government. Are you telling us that we have MORONS running the country?? I doubt any other idiot out there would give such an excuse to close the police beat down. In the very first place, Chow Kit should by now be a very safe and clean are because of the presence of a "Police Beat" but, I must say, the Police Beat itself is a nest for the transvestites to ply their trade!

Maybe then sir, your fear that your honorable and fearless cops to catch the contagious disease could be true as they could be... no?

Now lets go back to the news report. Did he actually made himself look smart when he apologized for his mistake? Lets read the statement ya?

Asked if he would retract his statement made in Parliament, Syed Hamid replied: "I think I have fixed the mistake. The statement I made was based on a written answer and the officials had given me the wrong information."

Honestly, his answers really had me in stitches! The bolded statement shows that Botak just read the statement without processing the information through his head to find out if it is logical or not!... Maybe it did go through.. just that there were no brain cells left to process the information.

The minister also blamed the media for confusing the public further over the matter.

Now...the best way to not make me look stupid is to blame someone else for it. Yeah! Blame the media for confusing the public by reporting EXACTLY what he said?????? Excuse me?

"Some of the information in the written answer (in Parliament) was right, some of it was wrong.

"The media played a major role in confusing the people by giving the impression that the police are scared of criminals. If they are, then we would all will be in trouble," he said.

Well.. okay... some right and some wrong answers... this shows that those dungus working under you are actually dungus... and you are the BIGGEST dungu for not vetting through the information.. and ahh yes.. reinforce the fact that the media confuse people yet again for reporting EXACTLY what you said....

Hey Botak... I have an idea! Please protect them (the media) because now they are under threat by the police for making them look stupid... May I suggest ISA? Its the best tool to protect the innocent. Right? If you have forgotten, then may I remind you of one Miss Tan Hoon Cheng?

As for the bolded statement, WE ARE ALREADY IN TROUBLE. Look at the rocketing crime rate. Everyday, I hear of people having their vehicle hijacked.. some lady losing their belongings to a snatch thief... and where are the police? Shifting out of crime infested area?

Dismay?

Well, its been sometime since I last posted something on my blog but, work and other issues took up most of my time, but I hope I will be back for good! I mean writing and yacking here... :).

Happy am definitely not... not with the situation in the country... the news of Abdullah's flip flop was definitely consistent of him and talking about flip flop... he has "promised" "I WILL COMPLETE MY MISSION"statement where he says he will fulfill his promises on reforms... I was like.. heck, he has 5 years to deliver and he has failed.. now he want to do that in 5 months? That is after even his de-facto Law Minister Zaid Ibrahim quits on him? Another flip flop??? BETCHA!

If there is more to be dismayed, was news like Najib being hailed as The Man to do the job of reforming Umno, BN and The Man to take the coalition to newer heights... well, to me he could well be THE MAN to take them all to newer lows... Here, we have a man, who has C4 hanging all over his head... and the man, whose dad so famously did a "coup" on then PM, Tunku Abdul Rahman... now here is the man who is about to do the same to the current PM.

Now, if that is not bad enough, we also have news that the man with two Mohammed to his name, a man that cannot understand english and who tried to smuggle millions out of Australia has been nominated for No. 2? Does anyone for one moment think that Umno is ever capable of reforming itself? Do they even realize that reforms is not mere rhetorics and words? While, we have Umno trying hard to potray that by having a new captain is a miracle cure? True, Malaysians treat panadol as the cure all pill but do they know that panadol over a long period is detrimental for health? They have been taking panadol since Dr. M's days!

While Umno was busy posturing and "renewing themselves", we have Donald "The Duck" of MCA singing a tune of a progression.. somewhere in The Star today when he said he will go for MCA No2!.... A man who just months ago, compared Malaysia to Myanmar and Pakistan is speaking of reforms in MCA! Bravo! He is indeed going to benchmark regressive reforms to Myanmar and Pakistan! I do hope MCA will realize that Donald Lim is indeed the man to take MCA to newer LOWS!

Anyway, I have been away for sometime and I think it will take sometime for me to collect my thoughts and write about it.. there are alot more to write... just in my friend message me on this!
Prosecution in RPK's trial admitted to "doctoring!" and here. And, would you believe it, reading today's newspaper, a so called prosecution investigating officer noted that the explosive used was NOT C4! But it is somekind of plastic explosive! And he did not know how the explosive was placed on the woman's body... I mean, you are the bloody investigating officer.. and if you do not know what other plastic explosives are there and what explosive is being used.. then the heck, you are a STUPID investigating officer... and how can he conclude the investigation when he is clue-less as to how the murder was carried out? Stupid don't you think?

Am I dismayed? You tell me...

A country gone Cuckoo

When Namewee wrote the song and uploaded it to youtube... man.. was the government mad... which led to him issuing an apology which was deemed unacceptable... but then we had one bigot that speaks nothing but racial slurs who will not even apologize and had the DPM apologizing on his behalf and the apologies was shoved down our throats.

Today Namewee was grilled....

CCID cyber and multimedia investigation division assistant director Mohd Kamarudin Md Din said Wee is being investigated under the Sedition Act.

hmmm... Sheih was detained under Sedition Act.. I think Namewee is lucky to be just being called to make a statement... I guess the police cannot afford another boo boo after what they did.. (ie taking the fall for Botak's antics)

In fact, they did it again in RPK's being sent to Kamunting... Botak said that it was Police's recommendations that RPK being detained.. gosh.. Botak, you got no balls to own up that it was your decision and your decision alone?

Meanwhile minister Syed Hamid confirmed Raja Petra's detention under the ISA, stating that he was satisfied with the reasons given by the police for the blogger's detention.

"The detention is due to Raja Petra's articles that ridiculed Islam which could arouse anger among Muslims.

"The police had recommended his detention and after going through the papers, we are satisfied that there are strong grounds for him to be further detained for two years (in Kamunting)," he said.

HAH!

ISA for fun? Now they go for Kickdafella

HERE

The police have arrested another blogger, Syed Azidi Syed Abdul Aziz, in Kota Baru this afternoon.

MCPX

According to PAS parliamentarian Husam Musa, the blogger (kickdefella.wordpress.com) was picked up from his house.

Another blogger has been arrested under ISA. This time its Sheih Kickdafella.

The latest update and as informed by Michelle and also in Malaysiakini... Sheih is being detained under Sedition Act or Akta Hasutan. The article can be found in the link above. Thanks Mich for pointing out my mistake.. my bad..

Reason: "For flying the flag upside down to show the world that Malaysia is in a state of distress"

Damn the government...

This latest action of the Government can be traced from my earlier recollection of my thoughts and as I rant that I would have done it but I love my country too much to even contemplate that although it is Internationally accepted as a sign of distress: HERE

As part of this article that I wrote on Aug 20th, I said this...

He said that the act of doing so is uncouth... Golly... he must have learnt a new word... he just need to look around his BN MPs to seek real definition of uncouth.

And he adds this... "Abdullah, meanwhile, hoped the police would act on the matter."

Anyone care to speculate what would happen next? Forget the fact that the IGP is recuperating from his heart surgery in hospital. The good dog attitude will prevail. A bunch of police will probably arrest Sheih and hold him in custody for a few days just like they do PenarikBeca? Eh?

Since Abdullah has labelled Anwar as a "threat"... will they go after him as well?

The way I see it, the only threat now to Malaysia is the BN led government....

Musical chairs...

Malaysiakini headlined their breaking news as Najib takes over as finance minister.... could easily have suggested that something is lurking and Abdullah is relinquishing power... but wait... Abdullah will take over the Defense Ministry! These people are playing musical chairs!!! Najib also takes the cherry of being the Chairman of Khazanah Holdings...

So, will this mean that Abdullah's 2009 Budget be rendered obsolete? Will Malaysia see another budget being tabled? If not, then is Abdullah putting Najib to face the barrage of questions during the Budget debate scheduled after Aidil Fitri? Well, that is only the tip of the iceberg....

Now, Abdullah taking over C4 Ministry could be in one stroke of pen roll out the tanks and declare emergency? Is Abdullah giving up the money for raw force and power just to keep himself in power? Or is he taking over the ministry so that he can now solve the mystery of missing C4s? Or does he intend to........

Lets read between the lines here...

The prime minister also described Anwar as a "threat to the country's economy as well as possible threat to security".

Defence Ministry = Neutralizing the "threat"?

And the fear is real in this updated post where the PM has not discounted the "possibility" of having Anwar under ISA?

On another note lets read these few lines in tandem...

Abdullah also said that he may step down earlier than 2010 depending on Najib's performance.

"I will decide when I want to go... I will not be staying more than 2010," said Abdullah.

"If I should want to go earlier, that is flexible. That is the flexibility we have arranged," he said of the transition plan forged with Najib after disastrous March elections that triggered calls for him to quit.

"It depends on the progress of the role I am giving to Najib. Let's see what he can do. At the same time, I'm looking at things I need to do - reform measures, social measures to deal with the poor.

"Handing over is a process. We will study the process and as it goes along, we will decide accordingly."

However, both leaders nevertheless reaffirmed their commitment to the 2010 power transition plan.

So, I guess, this is the deal. It may be sooner.. but it depends how "good" Najib is in getting up to speed.... so if Najib is a good boy, it may be sooner... if he is a nottie boy... 2010 la...

Then he went on to say this piece.. I wonder if he is asking for an opinion?

"I will not indicate what plan I will take, what I do will be in the best interests of the people and the country," Abdullah said when asked what action he was going to take.

Does he know what is in the best interest of the country? I mean... when the whole nation literally went ballistic after the recent ISA arrests and he seem to know what is best when in one interview he said that ISA is a good law for the country... contrary to what Malaysians think... so do you believe that he will do everything in the BEST interest of the people and the country?

Meanwhile...

While BN rocked ... and by the way, SAPP pulled out of BN to remain independent (They had promised to make a decision some time back to have this meeting and announce it on 17/09 and they DID!)... for now... and Pakatan is not without their own problems where the simmering row between Tok Guru and their wayward Terengganu commissioner Mustafa Ali came to boil again.

So while the nation slip and tumble... the two political groups are trying to unseat, disrupt one another with whatever means possible... so, what do we rakyat do? Sit and watch..... and if you care to find out what Malaysian Joe thinks...

"Daulat Tuanku! Daulat Tuanku! Daulat Tuanku! Tuanku, dissolve the Parliament and hold fresh elections and once and for all settle the dispute... the winning party will be given the right to govern the country for the next 5 years. No doubt that BN won the last election, but by virtue of their inability to function as a government and chart the nation's fortunes over the last 6 months and compounded by their own internal bickering is proof enough that a fresh round of snap polls is required to settle the score."

What would you pray for?

Our PM seems to be taunting us with the lowering of pump prices when he urge Malaysians to "pray" for lower fuel prices. HERE.

Speaking to reporters after chairing the finance council meeting in Putrajaya today, he said the government may review petrol prices again in October.

Yesterday, media reports quoted Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Shahrir Samad as saying that petrol prices may be reduced before the Hari Raya festival.

What do you expect from a person who "cakap tak serupa bikin?" October???? If he does that, then I will eat my shoe!! I will bet that it will be done by the end of this month before the balik kampung rush for Aidil Fitri!

In fact, I will take this a step further.... I will try to kill TWO BIRDS with one stone...

I WILL NOT PRAY FOR LOWER CRUDE OIL PRICES
BUT
I WILL PRAY for PAKATAN TO TAKE OVER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!

In that respect, we Malaysians can expect:

1. Immediate departure of sleepyhead at the helm of the country.
2. Immediate lowering of pump prices.

Now... who would join me in that prayer so that we need not be held ransom by a person who has not an idea of how to run this country.

Apology - Big thing?

Has UMNO come to their senses?

UMNO apologises for the statement made by their wayward leader during a by-election?

“We have never considered the Chinese, Indians and other races in Malaysia as lodgers (penumpang). They (the non-Malays) are citizens with full rights and we will continue to protect their rights and dignity.

Noble... but... he called us "Squatters"

Moreover, why should Najib apologize? He did not make the remark... but what he did make in 1987 was that he wanted to bathe Chinese blood with his unsheathed keris.... he has yet to apologize.

“We will apologise. Umno apologises,” he told a press conference after launching the Chery Eastar multi-purpose vehicle at a hotel here yesterday.

“It (The comment) was totally unwarranted and doesn’t reflect the position and attitude of Umno or the leadership of Umno. We regret it very much,” he said.

UMNO apologize.... that's something very new. They never apologized. They were always misquoted. Why apologize now? Anyway, thank you. But, the apologies would be best to come from the miscreant himself. By the way he is also now implicated in a land scam in Penang now. He has more to answer than to just apologize.

The Penang Development Corporation is lodging police and Anti-Corruption Agency reports against a now-defunct company, of which Umno Bukit Bendera division head Datuk Ahmad Ismail was a director, over its failure to return some RM500,000 to the state after a failed land deal.

Chief minister Lim Guan Eng said he has directed the PDC to make the reports tomorrow (Sept 3) after his administration found that Popular Profile Sdn Bhd (PPSB) had wrongfully taken and kept the money from the state in 1998. PPSB wound up in 2005.

So this racist Umno head has more skeletons in his closet.... lets wait for the story to unfold....

DNA Samples Anyone (The Sequel) II

One may wonder why The Sequel got II some more... here is I and The Sequel.

Well, after all that DNA Bill issue, I really wondered what were the problems with it and I found the answer in Malaysiakini.

DNA Bill: Why the fuss?

Under the proposed Section 7, the home minister is empowered to appoint a senior police officer to head the Forensic DNA Databank.

Meanwhile, Selayang MP Willam Leong said under Section 10, the home minister is empowered to give "directions" to the head of the DNA Databank.
"This section offends the principle because the minister is given the power to interfere with the exercise of the powers of the head of DNA databank," said Leong.

Section 25 states that no action or prosecution can be brought in any court against the minister or any DNA Databank personnel in respect of "any act, neglect, default or omission done by him in good faith".

Section 13, which deals with the collection of non-intimate samples such as scalp hair, buccal swabs and saliva, "a police officer may use all means necessary for the purpose of taking of a non-intimate sample".

Another controversial clause states that "any information from the DNA Databank shall be admissible as conclusive proof" of DNA identification in any court proceedings.

When these facts are before anyone for that matter... it really looks like REAL BAD LAW to me. In fact I would see this as a prelude to a case whereby, ANYONE who seem to threaten the position of the government or some big wigs in government, they could be conveniently slapped with sodomy.

Why? DNA Databank is helmed by someone "appointed" by the Home Minister and their data can be conclusive evidence... mind you.. even if they SCREW UP big time, you cannot sue them. Bottom line is.... the Home Minister is KING... so if you do not wish to be charged with sodomy.. you better be buddy buddy with the Home Minister.

By the way he is the Consultant General for any would be "sodomy victims" He is available for consultation at his home.... even if you are a DROPOUT (its a policy of no discrimination).... a scholarship for you could be incentive enough for you to be a "sodomy victim".

I just love this one

Day of Reckoning

24 hours to polling. Never mind its just a by-election of Permatang Pauh, but pundits are calling it mother of all by-election! Who can fault them? Its the biggest seen todate. Biggest probably in terms of lies told... money splashed... dirt splashed on the candidates....

While prior to nomination to date, BN has been actively questioning Anwar's credibility in the sodomy issue when they play up the swear by Quran act by Saiful who alleged that Anwar sodomized his butt. The only medical report leaked thus far did not indicate that his butt was severed. Nevermind that, he went ahead to swear by the Holy Book. To many lay man, that is a non-issue. Come on, its between you and God for that matter. But let the truth prevail. Lets have all the facts before an independent and honest court. But NO. BN went on overdrive to hype the whole matter... While it was "fashionable" to make SD (Statutory Declaration) then, Saiful made it a trend in swearing... so much so that Najib also got caught up in the hype that he went the distance to swear that he did not know Altantunya. After all that is done and dusted and hyped like there is no tomorrow, PR pulled out a rabbit from the hat.

The Uztaz, Ramlang Porigi who witnessed the oath came out to say his piece HERE.
Making his debut at the Bandar Perda Mosque and then two ceramahs at Kg Belah Dua and Padang Ibu last night, imam Ramlang Porigi (photo) stunned everyone when he revealed that he "had been instructed" to witness Saiful's swearing show. "My task was only to hear the oath and I had no part in the drafting of the oath which Saiful made. It is also unimportant for me so specify who." "I also wish to deny that I received any money to witness the swearing. I was only acting on instructions," said Ramlang in a hastily arranged press conference by PKR at 12.30am this morning. Also facing the media for the first time after the incident at the Federal Territory Mosque, Ramlang said that Saiful made two mistakes that day. "During the swearing, Saiful mis-pronounced one of the Islamic words because he had it written down in Malay instead of Arabic. Ramlang also revealed a Freudian slip by Saiful. "Saiful also made a mistake on when Anwar Ibrahim had allegedly inserted his penis into his rectum. "Instead of June 26, Saiful said he was sodomised on Aug 26 before correcting himself," said Ramlang at PKR headquarters, Yayasan Aman in Permatang Pauh.

First bombshell would have been taht he was "INSTRUCTED" to witness the Saifool Show which contained the second bombshell or rather Saifool's blooper... He forgot the date that the other penis went into his butt hole. I would note the wrong choice of Arabic word by Saifool was down to the fact that he is "not conversant" in Arab.... small matter really... but the biggest blooper was... Come on! How can you forget the date when your modesty was OUTRAGED!? By a man with a bad back! For goodness sake! I would be so traumatized and mentally scarred.. that the date would be the day I wish I died! How can I forget the date?????

But, trust a dropout to do a professional's job.. thats what you get... eh?

Hence, people of Permatang Pauh, after 10 days of lies, dirt and more lies... its time for you to choose. Choose wisely... choose the MAN who could take the country out of its current situation. Choose a MAN that can make Malaysia great again. Choose the MAN that tells lesser lies. Give him a bigger mandate than that in the past! Give this man YOUR VOTE!

Expect the Police to take heed?

PM sees red over blogger's upside down flag.

So reads Malaysiakini headlines. While reading Kickdefella's blog urging bloggers to fly the flag upside down, I had this deep down that I love my country too much to do it. Even though Sheih says it is not disrespect but to a show of a nation in distress, I truly do not wish to do that as my anger and dissatisfaction lies with the government and not the country nor my fellow countrymen. Hence I did not fly it as suggested by Sheih.

Now our PM sensing some "cracks" decided to prey on it.

Eh?
