Does not make sense....

Najib's involvement in Anwar's sodomy case, a trail of statements made: at the end I cannot complete the equation....

Najib's denial

Datuk Seri Najib Razak denied that he had anything to do with the sodomy allegations against Parti Keadilan Rakyat de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Najib said a picture of Anwar's former aide with his (Najib's) official Khairil Annas Jusoh at the deputy prime minister's office, which was featured in numerous blogs, was taken three months ago when the aide went to his office to seek a government scholarship.

He said the aide was a student leader and had met with his officer on the matter.

"I am not involved at all in this case. I am not behind it. The most important thing is, did the act take place? That is for the police to investigate," he said at a press conference at the parliament lobby today.

Another source (Bernama)

Further from Malaysiakini.

Then the admission:

To be fair to DPM, I have not read any news saying he denied meeting Saiful at all before last night's admission that he met Saiful a few days before the report was lodged. He however denied encouraging Saiful to make the report.. hmmm...

Talking about being drama king... after admitting he met Saiful

"I don't dare to say. He looks genuine as he was in fear, his hands were seram sejuk (cold) but I dare not draw a conclusion, I advised him that 'you decide for yourself'," said Najib.

Oooooh... You touched his hands?

"He (also) came to my house because he needed help because he was so traumatised, so that was it.

Err.. Mr. DPM, can I come to your house too? Because I am indeed traumatized..... If every Tom Dick and Harry can come to your house... then what???? Just because he knows your special officer? By the way, you said that he came to your office 3 months ago to seek a scholarship... a dropout can ask for a favour from you to obtain a scholarship? And should 1 meeting suffice for him to get to know your officer so well that he could use HIM to get to YOU?

This Saiful for his low CGPA sure has excellent soft skills in PR to build such close rapport with just ONE meeting... and for his special officer to still remember him after ONE meeting... Saiful must have left a BIG IMPRESSION for him to remember Saiful. After all, he must have met thousands of people since then... as espoused by all the Ministers who "could not remember" Saiful. Impression big enough to enable him to meet you Mr. DPM at your home at night! But the BIG impression is only to your special officer and not to the rest of the ministers..... hmmmm?

I am no PI nor CSI expert. I give up trying to decipher this matter..... you be the judge.

Season of SDs

There is a new epidemic that is spreading fast in this country.... First it was VD (Venereal Disease) ... many many years later.... came SD.. (Statutory Declaration). It was purportedly deadly in sending a nation into a frenzy and caused huge denial to the receipient of the SD.

The popularity of SD was started by RPK (Raja Petra) now in the famous Mongolian beauty murder where he implicated the wife of current DPM to be at the scene of murder... It caused an uproar!

Before it simmered down, Razak Baginda's PI, Mr. Subra through Anwar's PKR lodged another SD implicating DPM to be in the know of the beauty and divulge much more information as to the DPM's sexual preference.... the nation is now in a frenzy....

Next, will Saiful lodge another SD? Apparently the virus has caught up with some other people who loves ze butt.... with the exception of RPK... this time to turn the screws on the implicated sodomizer? This SD many expect to be the mother of all SDs and would pale Subra's SD to be child's play?

Was having a chat with my usual breakfast buddy and we reminisced about the past... a TV program called Fantasy Island, where we have Tattoo, the midget played by Herve Villachaize, shouting "the plane" "The PLANE!" when he noticed the impending arrival of the guests to the island where their dreams are turned into reality....

In Malaysia, we now have DPM, Najib shouting, "ITS A LIE!" "ITS A LIE!" when he sees Anwar walking towards him clutching a stack of papers........ ??????

Its a LIE!

As speculated in my earlier post here....

I speculated that he will say its all lies! He surprised me by saying it much earlier! Saw the news on Astro Awani @ 7.40pm today in his press conference... The drama script could have been made easier like this:

RPK: Rosmah was at the scene of murder....
Najib: ITS A LIE!
Najib: Anwar is a sodomizer! He sodomized Saiful!
Anwar: Its a LIE!
Anwar: I got proof! Najib is involved in the murder of Altantunya!
Najib: ITS A LIE! ITS A LIE!!! ITS A LIE!!! YOU LIAR!
Anwar: No! You LIAR!!!

Someone is lying.... but who? Do we want to know? I think we do as we want a leader who doesnt lie to us. We do not want a leader who would not say one thing and do another. We do not want a leader who has the word MURDERER hanging over his head. We do not want a leader who goes around sodomizing people. We do not want a leader who has a wife that claims she has more important things to do than answering to the people.

So, who are we left with? I pray that these charade ends soon.... as I see it, the country is rudderless, Police are threatening the people who would be involve in PROTES that they will get the army involved. They want to instill FEAR... thats what they are good at. I hope sanity prevails and that the survival of the NATION and its people are more important than the survival of a politician who wants to hang on to whatever shreads of power left or the aspirations of one man who would want to be the PM of the country.

I hope whoever wins will be the PM that the country needs. We should all pray that this country called Malaysia survive this period of uncertainty and that we shall emerge with the right leader that will bring back the glory that befits this country.

EIGHT RINGGIT!

After two stunning SDs, the nation left in a tailspin. One question begs answer.

How much does it cost to send the nation into a tailspin?

RM4 per SD (according to Rockybru, anyone want to contest saying it costs more to lodge and SD?)... and since it is 2 SDs, its a mere RM8.00.

EIGHT RINGGIT... spent! Caused thousands of blogs go crazy writing about the story and hundreds of thousands of copies of newspapers will be sold the next day.

EIGHT RINGGIT is what it takes to implicate our DPM to a crime he has yet to be proven to commit, yet speaks of incriminating evidence.

EIGHT RINGGIT is all it takes to set tongues wagging... and gosh.. you people are complaining about the rising cost of fuel. EIGHT RINGGIT can't even take me to KLCC and back! And yet, its only EIGHT RINGGIT that made Malaysians flock to read blogs, read newspapers (maybe they will be disappointed there), flock to the nearest kopitiam and start to gossip like they know everything about the trial and murder case...

EIGHT RINGGIT... cant even buy me my favourite frappucino.... yet probably all it takes is EIGHT RINGGIT... to bring down Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister.

Voice of Sanity

Well, we have been sent from one whirlpool into another.. many must be dazed but this one piece of news is one of the best I have heard to date coming out of a BN's representative. Chua Tee Yong... name sounds familiar? He is the son of Malaysia's pornstar... or wannabe but I dont give a damn... if he is a good leader I will support him.

Discounts should be for all low-cost house buyers

PRICE discounts given to bumiputras who buy houses should be revamped by offering the discounts to all buying low-cost houses, Chua Tee Yong (BN-Labis) said.

He added that it was illogical for rich bumiputras who could afford to buy houses costing millions to get them at discounts.

"The amount of the discount given is enough to buy low-cost houses.

"The discounts on house purchases for bumiputras should be opened to all poor Malaysians who want to buy their own houses," he said in debating the mid-term review of the Ninth Malaysia Plan.

On poverty levels, Chua questioned whether the present poverty level indicator (PLI) was still relevant in the wake of the increase in fuel prices recently.

"We are told that the poverty level will increase to 24% if it includes those having an income of RM1,500 per month.

"I hope that the Government will change the calculations on the poverty indicators and take into account the national inflation rates, which will reflect the right picture of poverty in Malaysia.

"The Government doesn't have to be ashamed of the higher poverty rate. More importantly, it should continue its efforts to reduce poverty and the impact of economic hardship on the poor," he added.

Chua suggested that the Government give direct cash subsidies to families with a combined income of less than RM1,500 per month.

I remembered a group of businessmen in Penang rather the Penang Chamber of Commerce did propose this before but was shot down like flies... I wonder what will happen to Chua Tee Yong. The last statement however seem to be borrowing a leaf out of DAP's manifesto? No?

Lets do Maths

Malaysians are made up of about 55% Malays and 45% non-Malays. Some even dare to say that 90% of tax payers are non-Malays.

Read this news and do some maths. Its carried out in the Star's web portal today.

Parliament: RM428m to build mosques

By LEE YUK PENG and ZULKIFLI ABD RAHMAN

KUALA LUMPUR: The Government has allocated a total of RM428mil to build mosques and suraus, and RM8.1mil to build churches, kuils and temples, said Datuk Mohd Johari Baharom, deputy minister in the Prime Minister's Department in his written reply to Nga Kor Ming (DAP - Taiping).

The Government spent RM3.93mil for kuils, RM3.16mil for temples and RM1.6mil for churches.

Such allocations for the years 2009 and 2010 would be determined by the Government later, he said.

Since 1991, he said the Prime Minister had allocated RM1mil for the physical development of churches and temples and RM1mil for kuils starting from the year 2000.

A co-ordinating unit under the Prime Minister's Department would approve the applications for non-Muslim projects, he explained.

Based on the allocation, Kuils, Churches and Temples get 1.86% of the allocation while Mosques takes up 98.14% of it. So, 45% of the population gets 1.86% of the allocation while 55% of the population benefit 98.14% of the allocation.

Since 90% of the tax contributors are non-Malays hence do we now want to determine if the tax money is HALAL? So is the use of taxpayers money to fund building of mosques and suraus are from HALAL money?

The maths just dont add up....but WE HAVE TO APPRECIATE AND BE GRATEFUL! So shut up and say Thank you....

When Lies are Truth and Truth are Lies...

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Many questions have been answered today... and is it by co-incidence via another statutory declaration? This time by Abdul Razak Baginda's Private Investigator P. Balasubramaniam... details can be found in Malaysiakini. Are they really answered or merely give rise to more speculation and even more questions?

A news summary by Malaysiakini here gives further explanation as to Mr. P Balasubramaniam's Statutory Declaration.

Not too long ago I questioned why Rosmah or Najib did not:

1. Sue Tian Chua for the doctored picture purportedly taken in Paris of Najib and Altantunya.

2. Why Rosmah did not pursue the matter further to sue Raja Petra when he wrote a damning article implicating Rosmah was at the murder scene.

The following excerpts probably answered the question. Now, whether P. Balasubramaniam is telling the truth or not is another matter. But I think we can expect Najib to come out and say.. "Its all LIES."

8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.

25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that:

1) He had been introduced to Aminah by Najib Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

2) Najib Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

Gee... all the while I thought it was Anwar that plays backside..... looks like someone else love it too.... It really makes me wonder.. who sodomizes Saiful??? Did he make a wrong statement by saying Ex-DPM?

3) Najib Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the deputy prime minister.

4) Najib Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.

Aha! So the meeting was real.... but did they take a picture there? Najib should know better... he was there and I think this damning SD just reinforce the fact that a picture is floating around and it will take many millions to silence it.

28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following:

1) That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Najib Razak.
2) That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Najib Razak at a dinner in Paris.

Conclusive evidence? Met at a diamond fair in Singapore... hmmm... get a diamond and get blown up.. But.. Najib has said time and time again that he has never met Altantunya nor know her! So someone is LYING! But .. WHO? Bala? Razak Baginda? Najib? Altantunya? Well, dead people cant talk no more..

30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said “Yes”. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue Proton Saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The drivers window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.

31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red Proton and exchanged seats so that lance corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.

Not conclusive enough to say these flers blew her up but suffice to say they were last seen with Altantunya.

51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30am. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Najib Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.

52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30am, Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Najib Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows: “ I am seeing IGP at 11am today … matter will be solved … be cool”.

Ahh... flexing his muscles and deal with IGP... so IGP suppose to be head of Police. Police suppose to be impartial and apolitical?

45. In mid-November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.

46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for five days. On the third day, I was released on police bail.

Sour grapes? Now he lodge an SD to get back at the people who threw him into lock up?

The expose has sent blood pressure around Malaysia racing up a few notches now.... who says watching soap opera is better?

BTW... I have also heard that BURSA is taking half day off due to "technical glitch" where even the backup system fail to boot up... BURSA got whiff of this news? or were they being sodomized.. I mean sabotaged as well? Or for fear of a sell down due to this explosive expose? Some say, this SD makes RPK's SD looks like kids play.. :).

All things Rosmah...

Rosmah said, "I am Innocent!"

Rosmah said, "I am not a politician and I am not running for any post. I am just a wife of a politician."

Then Rosmah said, "I do not want to address unnecessary issues. I have many other bigger things to attend to for the people and the nation," she said after launching a conference on children's book publishing at the Putra World Trade Centre.

The last statement got me flabbergasted....

A serious allegation that you are a murderer in a sworn Statutory Declaration is an unnecessary issue? So, a document filed in court is not an issue? Its not important? She then said she had many other BIGGER things to attend to for the people and the nation... hmmm.. cutting ribbon and earn appearance fee is more important? But before that she said, I am just a wife of a politician! So, she is indeed just a housewife!

What is more important? The people wanted to know the truth! And someone says you are a murderer!

My.. my... If I am not the murderer nor have anything to do with it, I will come out with my guns blazing and make sure I send this pest of a man called RPK into a prison for the rest of his life for being an irritant in my life.

Instead, cutting ribbons and officiating events seem to be more rewarding hence is more "important"?

I rest my case.

And as promised, the article that speaks about one's butthole that got ravaged... but certainly unless one find the semen of the other, it cannot be conclusively proven.. can it?

According to deputy inspector-general of police Ismail Omar, who have already received the Hospital Kuala Lumpur medical report on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan and considered it a case of sodomy.

The report further cited that sources within the hospital revealed that Saiful was brought to the hospital last Saturday complaining of constipation.

But further checks revealed that there were signs of anal sex, and upon questioning Saiful, doctors learnt he had been sodomised.

We must ask HKL, how many doctors need to scrutinize one's butthole to determine whether it has been sodomized or not? DOCTORS!!! One to take off his pants, one to bend him down, one to spread his butt, one to hold the torchlight, one to peer into his butthole and one to write the report? TNB style?

One Minister fell into a trap....

The Minister is........

Well, let me give you a hint... he was mumbling rubbish while he was Deputy Home Minister in Hardtalk on BBC....

Come on... already the government is back pedalling and here you have one nitwit that comes out and say what they have been stereotyping Anwar... A US SNITCH.

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar today branded PKR

MCPX
de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim as an United States ‘snitch’.

The minister said this in response to a caution from Washington with regards to the fresh sodomy allegation against the opposition stalwart.

"Anwar is a
tukang lapor (snitch) to America. Every time when something happens, he reports to the US," he told reporters at the Parliament lobby.

"I thought he wants to be our country’s leader ... why ask advice from foreign countries?" he added.

If it is not already a fact that Anwar is pretty close to USA as well as the West, here we have a government under seige trying to reinforce the stereotyping of Anwar as a lap dog of USA and the West. It is this relationship that is most critical... even US biggest critic.. Tun Old Man paid millions! Just to have a photo taken of him shaking the hands of Bushie... hippocrite?

Why would Syed Hamid Albar wants to do that? Does he think by saying this he could sway opinions about Anwar based on broad Muslim abhorrence? Syed Hamid is displaying exactly the arrogance that caused the downfall of UMNO and BN. Probably its in them to be arrogant. Which brings to mind another statement made by Liow Tiong Lai, when he said,

“We have told Hishammuddin about our feelings. He has explained his feelings via the newspapers and has apologised. He has to be more sensitive to the feelings of all the people. I think he knows that.

He has to be reminded that the feelings of all the races must be taken into consideration... Umno cannot just think of the Malays when they do anything. No... they have to know the feelings of other races, then we can take a multiracial approach.”

What irked me was he has to be REMINDED! If you are genuine about not being arrogant, there must be a desire to change yourself without being reminded. If you have to be constantly reminded then, you are HARDCORE.

Now back to the topic... Syed Hamid for all he is worth has played nicely into the hands of Anwar... That is what he wanted... to be villified and crucified by the government as he continues to build on the sympathy of the people... seriously whatever the government say or do.. they are already being undermined by their past actions. Nothing except exonerating Anwar from the sodomy case will do justice to the police even if he DID sodomise that Saiful guy. So Syed Hamid, if you think you had done the current administration a favour by labelling him a snitch... instead you have done the current administration a dis-favour. Bravo Syed Hamid...

RM625.... When are we entitled?

Call me stupid. But I think the whole thing is soooo stupid.

Renewed my roadtax two weeks ahead and since I am on leave today to run some errands.... well, I lost my ATM card bout 6 months ago and now my account is about to be dormant, so I thought what the heck... ran around completing my things as I should.

So off to the bank, was a pleasant morning if not for the perpetual traffic jam... then it was off to TMPoint to pay my phone bill.. and got myself an Aztech DECT cordless phone for RM19.00! It was a promotion so I thought I might as well get one since the cordless I had for my room's extension has gone cuckoo for sometime now. Then I thought what the heck.. go and collect my RM625!!!

Went to the postoffice and thats where my nightmare began...

"Encik... yang ni encik tak boleh claim lagi." (My roadtax expire on 13th July 2008 had it renewed last week)

"Encik hanya boleh claim lepas 11hb July."

I said I was stupid because I should have asked before lining up for 1.5hours.

Seriously, they could have made this much easier.. for every qualifying road tax that was renewed, have the postal order/ cheque sent to the owner instead of having one to queue up for hours on end just to get your claims. This government is making things difficult even for you to get back your money!

IRB is another pain in the butt. My wife's assessment for the previous year was that she short paid RM800 in taxes due to her performance bonus... this year however after taking into consideration of current bonusses, she has overpaid her taxes by RM782. So, when we submitted her forms online, we thought well... the repayment should come back... last week got a letter saying they need to "investigate" the matter a little longer and that the taxes cannot be repaid back as of now... WTF! When we underpay, you come hounding us like Ah Long.... now that we want to claim back the freaking IRB esok lusa with you.

My tax is another matter altogether. After filling in the forms, IRB owes me..... RM75.24!!!! The cheque came super fast back to me. I was like... pay my wife's back taxes la... mine, you want to esok lusa.. you can esok lusa....
